Your statutory rights are not affected by this information.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including special order and made-to-measure items) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 14 days of it being delivered to you.

To arrange for the product to be collected, e-mail orders@wpcdecks.co.uk or telephone us on 01277 699 454 with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.

All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

Made-to-Measure Products

Made-to-measure products may NOT be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty or have been damaged in transit.

‘Free with Purchase’ Products

Refunds are not available on ‘free with purchase’ items, unless all other products are returned.

All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
